How can I become a member of the Utah P2P JA Family Network?

Families,
We
would like to invite you to become a part of the Utah P2P JA Family Network
(Parent 2 Parent, Peer 2 Peer). We look forward to getting to know you better
through this awesome network of families who are all dealing with the various
issues involving Juvenile Arthritis!
We
know that a diagnosis of Juvenile Arthritis is very difficult and life
changing. Sometimes you just need to know that someone else is going through
the same thing as you are. Sometimes your child needs to know that there are
other kids like them. Well, that is what we are here for! To connect families!
If
you are interested in joining our network at this time, we would like you to
contact the Arthritis Foundation in SLC and speak with Leslie Nelson at 801.536.0990. She will then pass along your contact
information to us, Meghan and Annie, and we will contact you within two days.
We will assign you to a geographical ‘zone’ where you can further connect with
other families in your area.
As
a member of the P2P (Parent 2 Parent, Peer 2 Peer) Network, you will receive
frequent emails with lots of important information, invitations to events, and
updates from around the state. We also invite you to visit our Facebook page
